Let’s talk training!
You’ve arrived on this page because you’ve read my bio in the gym and followed the link. I know this because that’s the only way to get to this page!
Let’s be honest you’re probably going to want to skip down and check the bullet points to see what’s included but before you do that let’s get one thing clear:
My job as you coach isn’t just to give you a good workout…
It’s to get you from point A, where you are right now, to point B, where you want to be in the next 3, 6 or 12 months time.
When you sign me up as you coach, that’s what you’re getting; Someone dedicated to making your goals become a reality. Unfortunately, this may involve hardwork on your part. Sometimes it’s physical with the grunt work we do in the gym, sometimes it’s mental and will include working on your habits and how you approach your health and fitness.

What you get when you train with me at Pumpgyms Stourbridge:
Custom Training Plans - There’s no one size fits all in fitness so every person’s programme is tailored to their schedule, their likes, their main goals, mini goals (like mastering pull ups), previous training history and injury history. Don’t expect to be brutalised every workout session for the “omg they worked me so hard” bragging rights, I’m here to make you better, not tired.
Nutrition Guidance - We’ll work to develop your nutrition habits and skills to make sure you’re eating enough of the right foods to get stronger, build muscle and lose fat. It’s tailored to your preferences too. You’re not going to be counting macros and eating chicken and broccoli, instead you’ll be developing habits that will transform how you look and feel for the long term while eating foods you enjoy.
Fortnightly Phone Check-Ins - Every two weeks you can schedule a 15 minute check-in so you can update me on your progress and so I can adjust your plan if needs be.
In App Support - With our coaching app you can message me as often as you like with any quick questions you have.
Unlimited Email Support - Each week you can send me one email with as many questions as you like. I’ll respond to every question you have.
Access to private equipment - In my office I have microplates (0.25 - 0.5kg), maces, bands, clips, weightlifting belts and other equipment you can borrow that other gym members don’t have access to - This list is constantly expanding.
Access to a private library - In my office I also have a library of training and nutrition books that you can borrow if you want to improve your knowledge as well as your body.
Access to emergency supplies - Forgot your socks? Need some water? Need a snack? I got you covered.
Private place to check weight, girths and take progress photos - You’re also welcome to use my office to check-in and update progress indicators for your physique.
A guarantee: Complete at least 70% of your training, and 70% of your nutrition habits and, if you don’t see any results after three months, then I’ll refund your money.

Hard work - Those weights aren’t going to lift themselves.
Keep your programme results updated using our app.
Ask questions, learn, apply.
A minimum of three months commitment - This is because it usually takes at least 3 months to start adapting and seeing results from a new programme.

You’ll need to fill in the application form to get started.
Once my minions from google deliver your application to my inbox, I’ll check it over and if we’re a good fit I’ll send you over an email within 48 hours to arrange a consultation.
After our consult, I’ll make my recommendations on how it would be best to work together (purely remotely or with some in-person sessions to either fast-track you or maximise your progress) as well as sending you over the payment options.
Once you’ve set up the payment plan, we’ll be up and running within 48 hours!
*Please note: Your application is the first step in your coaching journey and I get a surprising amount of information on how to best create your programme for you from your answers. You might be tempted to give one word answers, but the more you put in the more you’ll get out :)
